Encore completes bolt-on acquisition of Preim
Queen’s Park Equity (“QPE”) is delighted to announce that Encore has acquired Peterborough-based Preim, a specialist Residential Managing Agent with a particular focus on housing developers and management of urban extension developments, in a deal that adds 16,000 properties to Encore’s portfolio.
Preim has built a strong reputation for providing quality services and engagement with residential communities and brings long-standing relationships with major UK housing developers. Preim will continue to be led by its existing management team under Oliver Taylor.
