Encore completes follow-on investment in Aspect

Queen’s Park Equity (“QPE”) is delighted to announce that partner firm Encore has completed the acquisition of Aspect Property Management, a London-based residential managing agent. This transaction marks the third significant follow-on investment made by Encore since it partnered with QPE in March 2021.

Aspect was founded 19 years ago by Chris Remers and James Pickering, who as Chartered Surveyors, set out to bring a level of professionalism to the sector that was rare in those days. Since then, Aspect has built an enviable reputation serving long-standing resident management company (“RMC”) clients, primarily across West London. Chris and James will continue to lead the Aspect team from their offices in Westminster.
