learndirect completes bolt-on acquisition of SmileWisdom

Queen’s Park Equity (“QPE”) is delighted to announce that learndirect has acquired SmileWisdom in a deal that adds to the group’s existing portfolio of professional dental nursing courses, making learndirect one of the UK’s largest dental training providers.

Alongside their existing Dental Faculty, learndirect will deliver the NEBN Dental Nursing diploma, 10 extended duties / CPD courses, 5 NEBDN postgraduate courses and 12 enhanced e-CPD courses. From initial training through to job selection, the acquisition will provide comprehensive accredited qualifications as well as support from industry experts to all dental nursing hopefuls and professionals.
