learndirect completes follow-on investment in AT&F

Queen’s Park Equity (“QPE”) is pleased to announce that learndirect has completed its sixth follow-on investment in AT&F Solutions, specialists in providing CPD-accredited online health and safety training to businesses in the UK.

Since establishment in 1997, AT&F Solutions has developed an extensive range of courses that support staff training and help businesses meet compliance and health & safety requirements while being easy to follow for learners and efficient to manage for organisations.

Through this partnership, learndirect is well-positioned to serve more than 5 million companies in the UK that are legally required to adhere to the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974.

This investment will enable learndirect to grow its presence within the B2B space and enable businesses across a broad range of sectors such as healthcare, education, hospitality and more, to provide the necessary training to their employees in a seamless manner.

With learner satisfaction rates of 93%, learndirect will continue to offer high-quality education and training, having successfully supported over 4.5 million learners to access higher education, develop new skills and achieve greater career mobility for more than twenty years.
