Over the course of my career to date, I have thoroughly enjoyed having the pleasure of working with passionate and energetic management teams in delivering ambitious growth plans and creating excellent, best-in-class businesses. Effective teamwork has been a consistent characteristic of these success stories, leveraging the various strengths of individuals within the team and driving an outcome that is superior to that deliverable by the sum-of-the-parts. 

Having gained experience at a number of different private equity firms internationally, I was attracted to QPE by its approach - a strong focus on a true partnership that is highly empathetic and collaborative in nature, working together in complete alignment to execute on the key strategic objectives. 

I'm a firm believer that there is no one-size-fits-all approach in private equity, with different firms offering different solutions that management teams may be seeking. It is tremendously important that management teams considering private equity investment undertake thorough diligence on any potential partners given the importance and magnitude of this decision.

I'm a big sports fan, both playing and watching, albeit that is weighted to the latter these days! As a Manchester United supporter, I have seen first-hand what can be achieved by an excellent team, and unfortunately the opposite side of the same coin in more recent history! I'm also passionate about travel; meeting new people and exploring different cultures is something I love to do, when time permits.
